Overview of the Rr89 Affiliate Program

The Rr89 Affiliate Program is a performance-based partnership that enables marketers to promote Rr89's online gambling products to eligible audiences. Affiliates earn compensation on qualifying traffic and player activity referred through tracked links and banners provided by Rr89. This document governs enrollment, tracking, payment, and compliance for affiliates.

Enrollment and Eligibility

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and operate in jurisdictions where promotion of online gambling is lawful. Partners must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and licensing requirements.
  • Application: Prospective affiliates submit a written application via the Rr89 affiliate portal and provide business contact details, tax information, and payment method preferences. Registration is free of charge; no upfront financial commitment is required.
  • Approval and Onboarding: Upon verification, affiliates receive access to the affiliate dashboard, tracking links, and approved marketing assets.

Tracking, Attribution, and Fraud Prevention

Rr89 employs unique tracking identifiers for each referred user. Traffic is attributed on a last-click basis within a 60-day window unless otherwise stated for specific campaigns. Cookies placed via tracking links have a 60-day duration. Rr89 reserves the right to audit traffic sources and revoke commissions for fraudulent, self-referential, or non-compliant activity. Affiliates may not use bot traffic, incentivized traffic programs, or unauthorized third-party traffic vendors.

Commission Models and Payment Terms

  • Compensation Models: Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid structures. Affiliates may select a primary model and may combine models under applicable terms.
  • Revenue Share: Affiliates earn a share of the net revenue generated by referred players. The rate is tiered based on monthly performance. Example tiers: 25% for up to USD 50,000 net revenue; 35% for USD 50,000–150,000; 40% for net revenue exceeding USD 150,000. Net revenue excludes chargebacks, refunds, and bonuses paid to players.
  • CPA: A fixed amount per first-time successful depositor referred by the affiliate, subject to verification. Example: USD 80 per active depositor, with caps as defined in the agreement.
  • Hybrid: A combination of Revenue Share and CPA as defined in the agreement, with performance requirements documented in writing.
  • Payouts: Payouts are issued monthly, by the 15th day of the month for activity completed in the preceding calendar month. Minimum payout threshold is USD 100. Payout methods include bank transfer and eligible e-wallets. All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Deductions for chargebacks, refunds, and fraud may apply where permitted by law and policy.

Marketing Assets and Brand Usage

A comprehensive package of marketing materials is available via the affiliate portal, including banners, landing pages, and tracking links. Affiliates must use approved assets and adhere to brand guidelines. Rr89 may update assets and guidelines; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Prohibited uses include misrepresentation of returns, guarantees not stated in the program terms, or promotions that imply endorsement beyond the scope of the agreement. Affiliates may not alter logos or trademarks without prior written consent.

Promotions, Campaign Guidelines, and Compliance

  • Campaign Approval: Campaigns generally require creation in the affiliate portal and prior approval by Rr89 before deployment for paid media.
  • Advertising Standards: Affiliates must avoid misleading claims, exploitative tactics, or content that contravenes applicable advertising regulations or industry codes of conduct.
  • Traffic Sources: Paid media activities must comply with policy; brand terms and bidding restrictions apply to Rr89 brand terms. Affiliates must avoid targeting misrepresentations through misspellings or lookalike terms that confuse consumers.
  • Responsible Gambling and AML: Affiliates must comply with responsible gambling guidelines, including age and location verification, and relevant anti-money laundering requirements where applicable.

Geography, Compliance, and Responsible Gambling

Affiliates must not market to minors or in jurisdictions where online gambling promotion is prohibited. Marketing materials must include appropriate disclosures where required and promote responsible gambling practices. Compliance with data protection and privacy laws is mandatory in all promotional activities.

Data Protection, Privacy, and Security

Rr89 is the data controller for information collected through the affiliate program. Affiliates may process personal data strictly as necessary to perform obligations under the affiliate agreement and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data processing agreements may be required for certain activities. Affiliates must implement reasonable security measures to protect data and promptly report any data breach affecting affiliate activities to Rr89.

Term, Termination, and Post-Termination

The affiliate agreement becomes effective upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated. Either party may terminate for cause with immediate effect or terminate without cause upon 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, affiliates will be paid for approved and earned commissions through the termination date, subject to any deferred or pending activity under the terms of the agreement. Provisions on confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination as applicable and necessary for transition.

Intellectual Property and Brand Guidelines

Affiliates may use only approved Rr89 assets in accordance with the brand guidelines. No modification of logos or trademarks is permitted without prior written consent. Affiliates shall not imply endorsement or sponsorship beyond what is stated in the agreement, and shall not use rights beyond those expressly granted herein.

Disputes, Governing Law, and Disclaimers

Any disputes arising under or related to the affiliate program shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Rr89 is registered, under the rules of the chosen arbitration body. The program terms are governed by the laws of that jurisdiction. The program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation except as required by law.
