Sports Rules

1. Scope and Definitions

These Sports Betting Rules govern all wagering conducted on the Rr89 platform. In these Rules, the terms Operator and Rr89 refer to the licensed sportsbook operator providing the service. All other terms referenced in the Terms and Conditions apply as applicable. Official results are those published by the relevant governing body or authority. Where multiple language versions exist, the English text is the official version for interpretation.

2. General Bet Rules

  1. 2.1. Minimum and maximum bets. The minimum stake is 1 EUR. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and regulatory jurisdiction; customers will see the applicable limit at the time of placing a bet.
  2. 2.2. Bet acceptance and timing. Bets on pre‑match markets are accepted up to the advertised start time. Live markets may accept bets after the event has begun where prices are published and the market remains open. Bets placed on markets that close or on which prices are not available at the time of the bet may be rejected.
  3. 2.3. Fraud, integrity and eligibility. Rr89 reserves the right to void bets, suspend settlements, or terminate accounts where there is suspected fraud, collusion or integrity concerns. Bets placed by individuals who are participants, officials or other insiders in the event may be voided at the Operator’s discretion.
  4. 2.4. Cancellations and alterations. Bets, once placed and confirmed, may not be canceled or altered except as provided by these Rules, including cash‑out options or market re‑settlements.
  5. 2.5. Odds, price errors and adjustments. All bets are settled on decimal odds. If a market is published with an error or incorrect price, Rr89 may void or re‑settle the affected bets and notify customers accordingly.
  6. 2.6. Live data, prices and reliability. Real‑time information provided for live markets is reference only. Rr89 does not guarantee perfect accuracy and is not liable for delays or inaccuracies in live feeds used for settlement.
  7. 2.7. Multiple bets and bet construction. Bets comprising multiple selections within a single event are not accepted unless expressly authorized by the Bet Builder feature. Cross‑event accumulators are not accepted unless permitted by product rules.
  8. 2.8. Market changes and operator discretion. Rr89 may modify, suspend or withdraw markets at any time to preserve integrity and comply with applicable law. Material changes will be published online.

3. Settlement, Re‑Settlement and Errors

  1. 3.1. Settlement based on official results. Where possible, settlements are based on the official result published by the governing body. If no official result is available, Rr89 may settle using commonly recognised data, or may void the market.
  2. 3.2. Re‑settlement and corrections. Bets found to be settled incorrectly may be re‑settled within 48 hours of discovery. If a payout is made in error, Rr89 may reclaim the erroneous amount from the customer’s account.
  3. 3.3. Data integrity and correction. In the event of data or results corrections by official bodies or the operator, settlements may be amended accordingly.
  4. 3.4. Dead heat. In events with a dead heat, winnings are distributed according to applicable dead heat rules published by the governing body. In the absence of a governing rule, Rr89 will apply a proportional distribution based on the number of winning selections.

4. Postponements, Cancellations and Void Bets

  1. 4.1. Event cancellation or postponement. If an event is cancelled or postponed and not resumed with a declared official result within the relevant window, bets on that event are void unless an official result is subsequently declared.
  2. 4.2. Change of opponents or venue. If there is a change of opponent or venue, open bets on that event may be voided.
  3. 4.3. Abandonment and resumption. If an event is abandoned, and cannot be completed within a reasonable period, bets will be voided unless a valid official result is subsequently declared.
  4. 4.4. Exceptional circumstances. In exceptional cases, including disruption of the event, Rr89 reserves the right to void or suspend settlements, or to re‑settle markets as appropriate.

5. Types of Bets and Restrictions

  1. 5.1. Market types. Rr89 offers standard correct score, outright, totals, handicaps, and other market types as published. The Bet Builder feature allows construction of multi‑market bets within a single event where permitted.
  2. 5.2. Parlay and multiple bets. Multiple bets across different events are not accepted unless explicitly allowed by the product rules (e.g., Bet Builder within a single event).
  3. 5.3. Cash out. Cash out may be offered at Rr89’s discretion for eligible bets. Acceptance or rejection of cash out is at the sole discretion of the operator and may be removed or restricted at any time.
  4. 5.4. Amendments and errors. The operator may cancel bets placed in error, including bets accepted after illegal access or technical faults. In the case of obvious price errors, bets may be voided.

6. Sport‑Specific Rules (Selected Markets)

  1. 6.1. Football (Soccer). Settlements are based on the official result after normal (regular) time unless the market specifies extra time or penalties. Markets referring to the match result, goals, or goalscorers follow the official result; markets requiring extra time are settled only if stated.
  2. 6.2. American Football. Settlements are based on the official result at the end of the specified period. Overtime is included only where the market specifies. If a fixture is moved to a different venue or a result cannot be determined within the scheduled period, bets may be void.
  3. 6.3. Australian Rules Football. Markets settle on the official result at the end of the specified play time. If postponed or abandoned and not resumed within defined limits, bets may be voided unless an official result is declared.
  4. 6.4. Tennis and Badminton. Settlements follow the official match result. If a match is interrupted and not resumed, undecided markets may be void. If a player retires, undecided markets may be voided in accordance with market terms.

These rules are published by Rr89 and may be amended from time to time. The English text is the official version for interpretation. All settlements are conducted in decimal odds. Rr89 may implement additional measures to preserve market integrity and regulatory compliance as required by applicable law.
