  • Wager limits: cap the total amount wagered over a chosen period; changes may apply immediately or after confirmation depending on jurisdiction.
  • Session limits: cap the time spent gambling in a single session; once the limit is reached, you are automatically logged out and cannot resume the session until the period resets.
  • Cooling-off: initiate a temporary break from gambling. During cooling-off you cannot deposit; promotional offers are withheld; you may withdraw remaining funds at any time. The cooling-off period can be set for a defined duration and ends automatically when the period expires, restoring normal access.
  • Self-exclusion: terminate or suspend access to your account for a defined period or permanently. While active, you will not receive promotions and you cannot deposit or withdraw. Exclusion periods may be 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or longer, including indefinite. After the period ends, access is restored unless you re-apply for exclusion.

How to Set or Change Limits and Exclusions
